Barnstaple sits at the edge of Exmoor National Park, where the North Devon coast meets steep woodland and open moorland. Haven Heights occupies the first floor of a former Victorian hotel in this elevated setting, positioned to catch views across the water towards Wales. The location puts you moments from the Southwest Coast Path, with walking routes to Heddon's Mouth and Crock Point nearby, and the coastal village of Lynmouth roughly four miles away.

The apartment holds two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and an en-suite with bath and shower; the other contains two single beds with an en-suite shower room. The living and dining space benefits from the same sea views, with a Smart TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher and electric oven. A utility room with washer-dryer sits alongside. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Outside, a patio with seating overlooks the grounds, and private parking for one car is on site.

The approach involves external steps. No smoking inside. One pet is welcome.

Excellent location and stunning views from this lovely holiday apartment. Thank you to the owners for a superb break in their well appointed and clean apartment. Enjoyed many local walks starting less than 50 mtrs away on the North Devon coastal pathway. Lovely area to explore.

What an amazing apartment, in a secluded but beautiful location. Apartment is well appointed and very comfortable, views are stunning. Plenty of walks on the costal path or down to the beach. This is definitely somewhere we’d like to return to.

Beautiful Autumn break in Woody Bay. Lovely apartment, very practical, decent kitchen and living spaces, with two good bedrooms. Views from the living room and master bedroom exceptional. Very easy just to relax and look out towards the sea (and Wales in the distance on a clear day...) but plenty of excellent walks nearby too, with the coastal path on your doorstep. Good array of family activities in the area, including a steam railway, horse riding and beaches.

We stayed September up to 19th, were not disappointed! Well equipped, well prepared for our arrival, a very delightful apartment in a beautiful location. Thanks! Was going to post some pics but it’s been done already, cant really add to them. Weather wasn’t the kindest but that’s not your fault! Can only add two queries: Vac but no broom / dustpan & brush for a quick tidy? Also a food waste caddy to help separate recycling at bins, would be good? All in all we loved our week at Haven Heights!
