Treetops is a first floor detached property in Woody Bay, Devon. It is reached by a flight of wooden steps leading up to a large, private decking area which overlooks a wooded hillside and the North Devon coast in the distance. Sliding doors lead into a large living room, dining area and fitted kitchen. It has a king-size bedroom overlooking the deck with a separate bathroom and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Off street parking for 2 cars is available. Treetops is the ideal place to visit for a short break with your partner. One Dog welcome. PLEASE NOTE: 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAYS

All first floor accessed via steepish steps. One bedroom: 1 x king size double. Bathroom, with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed.

Central heating. Oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. TV, DVD, WIFI, iPod dock. Fuel and power and inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large first floor decked area. Access to a grass area, with use of the sun loungers. One dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Unsuitable for small children except babes in arms. Note: The property is on the first floor and accessed via steep steps, may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
