Pump Cottage is a ground-floor bungalow sleeping four within a holiday estate near Woolacombe, where a 3-mile beach and the Southwest Coastal Path are on the doorstep. The two bedrooms hold a double and twin beds; there is one shower room. A living and dining space with woodburner and Smart TV opens onto a private patio, while the kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher and the essentials for self-catering.

The estate itself offers an outdoor heated swimming pool, children's play areas, and a clubhouse with a pool table (pay-per-use). Walking, cycling and coastal exploration are all within reach; the Tarka Trail and NCN 27 cycle route pass nearby. One dog is welcome at no extra charge. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. Parking is private and unallocated. The property does not permit smoking.
