Mill Farm Cottages - The Nook

The Nook is a single-bedroom cottage at Mill Farm, set within 50 acres of conservation pasture and woodland in the village of Barlow. Ground-floor living keeps everything accessible: an open-plan space combines living and dining areas with a kitchen fitted for self-catering, including electric oven, hob and microwave. Two single beds are in the bedroom, and the bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Electricity, wifi and bed linen come as standard. You'll have private parking for two cars on site and access to a patio with garden furniture (shared with other guests on the farm). A pub is within a mile. The setting suits both leisure breaks and quieter working stays; Barlow lies on the edge of the Peak District. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and a cot or highchair can be arranged on request. No smoking inside.
