Field View

South Kyme is a quiet village in rural Lincolnshire where the Kyme Eau River winds through the countryside and the golf course sits at the heart of local life. Field View stands beside the river with views across the course and the open landscape beyond. It's a contemporary house that sleeps seven across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, finished to a comfortable standard throughout.

The ground floor has a living room with Smart TV, a kitchen and dining area equipped for cooking and entertaining, and a utility room with a washing machine. One bedroom is on this level. Upstairs are three further bedrooms—a kingsize, a single, and a zip-and-link double (which can become two singles). All bedrooms have Smart TVs. The house is heated centrally, and wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One dog is welcome free of charge. There is private parking for three cars on site, and a patio with garden furniture overlooks the grounds; note that there are steps within the garden and the river runs close by.
