Inside, everything happens on one level: an open-plan living space with a smart TV and electric hob for cooking, a double bed (4ft 6in), two singles (3ft), and a shower cubicle. Step outside to your own hot tub, an enclosed garden with seating and a barbecue, and a side deck. One car parking space comes with the booking. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge. The site has badminton and paddleboard access (from September onwards), shared with other properties.

This is the kind of place for watching the night sky or waking to the chance of spotting deer in the paddock next door. The countryside around it has walking and cycling routes straight from your door. Sleaford town centre, six miles away, has markets and museums; the train station opens the door to Skegness or further afield. No smoking indoors.
