The Hall

Walk into The Hall and you're met with generous proportions. The ground floor opens into two sitting rooms—one with a smart TV and open fire, the other quieter, also with an open fire—plus a formal dining room and a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals: electric range, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer sit alongside a woodburner. A separate utility room has washing and tumble-drying. The sun room offers another space to spread out.

Bedrooms are spread across two floors: nine in total, ranging from singles to kingsize doubles, with one featuring a smart TV. Six bathrooms serve the property—some with bath and shower, some shower-only, all with heated towel rails. Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has an ensuite and separate toilet; upstairs, three more rooms have their own shower rooms. A welcome pack, cot and highchair come as standard, and pets stay free of charge.

Outside, there's a private tennis court, gas barbecue, patio and sitting-out areas with garden furniture, plus parking for ten cars on site. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and initial fuel for both fires are included. The property is set in countryside with a pub within a mile. No smoking is permitted throughout.
