Walcott Lodges - Kirkstead

Walcott Lodges – Kirkstead is a single-storey studio where you arrive straight into an open-plan living space. Everything is on one level: a living area with smart TV and dining space flows into a kitchen equipped with microwave and fridge, then through to a bedroom with a double bed (4ft 6in) and smart TV, and finally a shower room with cubicle shower and heated towel rail. The layout makes it straightforward to move around, and there are two parking spaces outside.

The essentials are covered – electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, and heating is electric central. One dog can stay free, provided it's kept on a lead. The pub is within a mile. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The village of Walcott sits in North Kesteven's countryside, surrounded by fields and quiet lanes; from here you can reach Lincoln and its cathedral and castle in under an hour, or Woodhall Spa's parks and leisure facilities a similar distance away.
