North Lanarkshire

The Farmhouse sits on the outskirts of Harthill, a quiet village in North Lanarkshire positioned between Glasgow and Edinburgh. This makes it a practical base for exploring both cities, yet it maintains the peace of countryside surroundings. A pub is within a mile's walk.
The property sleeps nine across four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms have kingsize beds; the fourth contains three singles. Ground-floor living centres on a substantial kitchen with access to a patio and garden, a dining room for group meals, and a sitting room warmed by a wood burner. Downstairs also includes a study and utility room. Underfloor heating and an air source heat pump manage temperature throughout. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, plus the first load of wood burner fuel. You have parking for four cars on site and a bike store.
The rear garden offers outdoor space for sitting and relaxing. No smoking is permitted inside. One dog or cat is welcome and stays free of charge. This is a private rental where the whole property is yours alone.
