Keepers Cottage

Keepers Cottage is set on the Scawby Estate, a rural property between Brigg and Scunthorpe where woodland surrounds the building and deer move through the grounds. The location sits roughly 12 minutes from Brigg itself, 35 minutes from Cleethorpes coast, and within reach of Lincoln to the south and the Humber Bridge to the north. The M180 and A15 are both accessible for onward travel.

The apartment sleeps six across three bedrooms: two with king beds and one with bunks. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a separate toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, while a wood-burning stove provides warmth for cooler evenings. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included; logs for the stove are provided too. Parking for four cars sits on the property.

Outside, an enclosed front garden offers a lawned area and raised decking with benches. A further seating zone faces the evening sun, suited to outdoor dining, and a bike store is available for those planning to use the local cycle routes. Walking trails cross the wider estate. The cottage does not permit smoking. One dog is welcome to stay.
