Beaches stands on the gable end of a terrace in Overstrand, North Norfolk, positioned to catch sea views from the approach. The house sleeps eight across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with one bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor—useful for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. A single dog is welcome at no extra charge. The property is no-smoking throughout.

The ground floor contains a living room with Freeview Smart TV, a separate kitchen and dining room with electric cooking, dishwasher and washing machine, and direct garden access via French doors. Upstairs, four further bedrooms range from three kingsize doubles to two smaller doubles. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals rather than heating ready-made food. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; there is also a highchair if needed.

The enclosed back garden has a patio and outdoor shower. Private parking accommodates two cars with additional on-road space nearby. Overstrand beach is a short walk away—noticeably quieter than the busier stretch at Cromer along the coast. The village itself has the usual Norfolk coastal amenities within reach.
