Marion's Sea View sits on the cliffside above a sandy beach with a cluster of cafés, shops and a pub within 400-500 yards on foot. Cromer lies two miles away, home to an end-of-pier theatre, RNLI museum and a clifftop golf course. Inland, the North Norfolk Steam Railway, Felbrigg Hall, Holkham and Blickling are all within easy reach, and boat trips from Morston Harbour visit seal colonies and Blakeney Point. Norwich, forty minutes' drive, has everything from castle museum to independent cinemas and restaurants.
The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms, each with twin beds and a television. The ground floor holds a living room with Freeview, a separate dining room and kitchen equipped for cooking, plus a shower room. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. A conservatory with French doors opens to a lawned garden with sitting-out area and barbecue. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen and wifi are included; there is also parking for three cars on site and an electric vehicle charging point. One dog is welcome.
The location suits families and groups wanting beach access alongside the quieter attractions of North Norfolk—cycling and walking start from the doorstep, and dogs have access to the beach outside high season. The property is no-smoking throughout.
