Beech Farm Barns - Alderfen Barn

North Norfolk's countryside around the Broads provides the setting for Alderfen Barn, a substantial converted property that can accommodate up to 14 people across seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own ensuite with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The ground floor centres on a large open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner, smart TV and doors onto the garden; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking from scratch. Upstairs provides additional bedroom space. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer means you can manage laundry for a full house.

The property sits within its own enclosed garden where a hot tub is ready for use, and there is private parking for eight cars. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, as is the initial fuel for the woodburner. The underfloor heating runs throughout. Alderfen Barn works for large family groups or several couples sharing, and the owner can arrange gourmet meals by request. No smoking is permitted inside.
