Kings Lodge

Kings Lodge is a contemporary lodge in North Norfolk, sleeping four across three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The ground floor holds two of these rooms with a kingsize and two singles respectively, while the first floor contains a single bedroom with vaulted ceilings. An open-plan living space occupies the heart of the ground floor, flowing into a dining area and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, microwave and full-size fridge-freezer mean you can prepare anything from a quick meal to something more ambitious. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; the heating and hot water are on you to manage.

The garden has a private hot tub that accommodates six, a seated area, and parking for two cars. There's an electric car charging point if you need it. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The whole property is yours alone, with no shared spaces or other guests. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The location sits within the Norfolk Broads area, close enough to explore the waterways and wider countryside on foot or by boat, and the surrounding landscape draws plenty of birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts.
