Walking through Willow Barn's entrance, you step into a ground-floor living room where a woodburner sits ready to light, French doors opening onto a private courtyard. The kitchen sits adjacent—fully equipped with electric range, dishwasher and microwave—flowing into the dining space. A utility room handles laundry, and the ground floor also holds the first of five bedrooms: a kingsize with ensuite shower and a pair of rooms with twin singles, each with its own shower or bath facilities. Upstairs, two more bedrooms complete the layout: one with a kingsize and single bed, the other with a double and single, both with ensuite bathrooms. Across the grounds, you have private parking for four cars and an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture—plus the hot tub reserved for your use alone.
The barn dates from the 1700s and sits within the grounds of the owner's home in North Norfolk countryside near Alderfen Broad, within the Broads National Park. Electricity, bed linen, towels and initial wood-burner fuel are all included; wifi keeps you connected. The owners can arrange gourmet meals if you want to mark a celebration without leaving the property. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The location works well for families who want access to BeWILDerwood Adventure Park, or for anyone drawn to the area's bird life and waterways. No smoking indoors.

This place is an absolute gem find! Our second visit to this gorgeous property, very well maintained. Hot tub was topped up daily and the owners and manger were fantastic! Really went above and beyond for our stay and so accommodating. All the rooms/ beds/ bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you again! See you again next year xxx

I have just returned from staying at Willow Barn for my hen do weekend and it was amazing! The barn is beautiful and perfect for a large group. The rooms were clean and it was great towels were provided. It was so peaceful and even though there are other barns close by, it was so relaxing and quiet. The best bit was the hot tub, which I used every day. It was very clean and a lovely temperature. It was wonderful to sit and relax in it. We all had such a great time. The kitchen is big and has everything in that you need. We cooked dinners and breakfasts and there was a dishwasher which was well used with 9 of us in the barn. If a group of us every go away together again, I would definitely book here again. It was just so perfect!

Willow Barn is a hidden gem in Kings Lynn. Our hosts Richard and Karen were so warm and friendly that you feel as if you were one of the family as soon as you step out of the car door. We opted to dine at Willow Barn (Both dinner and breakfast) and was amazed by the quality and service of the food. You will not be disappointed if you are hungry. The location was beautiful and our little boy enjoyed playing with Athena and the various different animals on site. A very relaxing getaway and we will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much for your hospitality 🙂

We stayed here for a family weekend. Lovely place, very peaceful, in a good location with lots of stuff to do around us and very clean. The gourmet meal is definitely worth doing as the food is amazing and good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed this. Hot tub was amazing and loved having en suites in the bedroom. Only downside was we weren’t given much toilet roll/bin liners/cleaning detergent but other than this it was a delightful stay and we would definitely return.
