Cockleshell Cottage

Cockleshell Cottage comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay without the usual gaps. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and full-sized cooker; there's a tumble dryer in the garage; bed linen, towels and wifi are provided; and logs for the open fire are included. Heating comes from night storage and wall heaters. The cottage sleeps six across four bedrooms—one double with an ensuite shower, and three singles—plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs there's a living room with Freeview TV and an open fire, a separate toilet, and direct access to a large enclosed garden with furniture.

Located on the quieter stretch of the Norfolk coast, the cottage stands just 200 yards from Sea Palling's wide sandy beach. The shop and pub are 100 yards away. Within reach are the Broads for watersports and wildlife, the resorts of Mundesley and Cromer, Great Yarmouth with its piers and attractions, and dunes walks and golf courses nearby. There is parking for three cars on site, and one dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking.
