Lavender Cottage

You arrive at Lavender Cottage to find a detached property with a separate garage and parking on site. The ground floor opens into a living room with Freeview TV, then through to a kitchen/dining space equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer included. There's a separate toilet on this level, and out back, an enclosed garden with furniture.

Upstairs holds three bedrooms: a double, two single beds in one room, and a third single. The shower room is compact but functional. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered; a cot and highchair are available if you ask ahead. The cottage takes up to five people and you have the whole place to yourself. It's non-smoking throughout.

Sea Palling's sandy beach is a five-minute walk away. A shop and pub are even closer at 100 yards. The Norfolk Broads are within reach for boating and fishing, and Great Yarmouth with its pool and theatre is nearby. One pet is welcome.
