You arrive at Primrose Cottage to find the living room immediately in front of you, with a kitchen and dining area to one side. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and a shower room. The ground floor also opens onto an enclosed garden with seating, and there is parking for two cars: one space beside the property and a garage (which houses a tumble dryer). The essentials are covered: electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included, and the kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A cot and highchair are available if you ask.

The cottage stands 200 yards from the beach at Sea Palling, putting you within easy reach of both the Norfolk Broads—known for fishing, birdwatching and sailing—and Great Yarmouth, with its piers, leisure pool, sea life centre and theatres. The village shop and pub are 100 yards away. The property is non-smoking and one dog is welcome.
