Cosyleigh sits within easy reach of everything Norfolk's coast and waterways have to offer. Sea Palling's sandy beach is a five-minute drive away; the Norfolk Broads National Park lies ten minutes further. The surrounding countryside—a Site of Special Scientific Interest—attracts walkers and cyclists, with routes starting from the property itself. An award-winning pub is within walking distance, and the area's beaches at Waxham and Horsey Gap are popular with seals, particularly in winter.

The cottage is a single-storey, open-plan space combining living, dining and kitchen areas. There's a kingsize bedroom and a shower room, sleeping two people. The living area has a wood burner and Freeview Smart TV; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A lawned garden with seating furniture and countryside views provides a quiet retreat. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; logs for the burner can be sourced locally. One small dog stays free and receives a welcome pack of extras.

This is adult accommodation only, with no smoking allowed. You have the whole property to yourself, with private parking for one car and a bike store. An electric car charging point is available at an additional cost paid directly to the owner.
