Step through the door of Rosemary Cottage and you're immediately in the living room, where a wood-burning stove and smart TV create a comfortable base. The ground floor flows through to a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. A bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet on the first floor serve the two bedrooms upstairs—one with a double bed, the other with bunks—making this a straightforward base for a family or two couples.

The cottage sits a few miles from Sea Palling's sandy beach and roughly ten minutes' drive from the Norfolk Broads National Park. Walking starts from the doorstep, and the area is good for observing wildlife and seal pups in winter. Sea Palling itself has a shop, café and restaurants; Wroxham, the Broads' main hub, is nearby for boat hire and river trips. An enclosed garden with seating offers space to decompress between outings. One dog stays free. Parking for two cars is on site. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered; fuel for the wood burner is included.
