Driftwood House comes ready for arrival with essentials covered: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included, plus initial fuel for the multi-fuel burner. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual appliances—and opens into a dining area with breakfast bar. The living room has a 50" Smart TV and opens to a patio where a private hot tub sits in the enclosed garden, which has lawn and furniture. Three bathrooms and four bedrooms sleep eight: the first two bedrooms have king beds with en-suite double showers, the third has two singles, and the fourth is a zip-and-link king (or two singles on request). A utility room with washing machine, travel cot and highchair complete the setup, and there's private parking for three cars.
The house sits in Mundesley, a coastal village in North Norfolk near Norfolk Beach House. A wide sandy beach runs through the village itself, and along the coast you'll find Cromer with its pier to the west and Happisburg's lighthouse to the east. Inland, the Norfolk Broads are reachable in under half an hour, while Norwich, Blickling Hall, Thursford Collection and Muckleburgh Collection appeal to those interested in history and heritage. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property is non-smoking.
