Happisburgh's sandy beach and the Norfolk Broads lie within easy reach of Goldfinch, a single-storey converted stable on the North Norfolk coast. The village itself, a mile away, has a pub-restaurant and shop. Wroxham, the heart of the Broads, sits further inland with boat hire, river trips and waterside cafés scattered along 125 miles of navigable waterways. Cromer and Sheringham are traditional seaside alternatives, and the area holds Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, and various family attractions like Wroxham Barns and BeWILDerwood.
The property sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor with no steps, opening onto an enclosed front garden with seating. The open-plan living space contains a smart TV and electric woodburner; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking with an oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. One bedroom has a super-kingsize bed with an ensuite spa bath and shower; the other has two single beds and a separate shower room. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. A welcome pack and doggy extras come as standard, and one well-behaved pet stays free. Parking for two cars is on site.
This is a detached property where you have the whole place to yourself. No smoking indoors. There is also a shared grass paddock for use by guests.
