Pembroke House is a detached Edwardian property with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. The main house spreads across two floors with a converted garage now serving as a games room, equipped with table tennis and a snooker table. Downstairs, the living room has a woodburner and opens onto an enclosed garden with patio seating and a barbecue. Bedrooms include three with kingsize beds (two with their own shower rooms) and two with paired single beds. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking, and the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are all included. One dog stays free, and there is private parking on site with an electric car charging point.

The property sits in Happisburgh village, half a mile inland from a sandy beach. The village has a shop, pub, and a lighthouse that opens on summer Sundays. Cromer and Sheringham, both seaside towns with Blue Flag beaches and attractions like the Poppyline Steam Railway, are roughly half an hour away by car. The Norfolk Broads lie seven miles off, offering boat hire and waterfront restaurants, while Hickling Broad's nature reserve is six miles distant. Norwich and its cathedral and castle museum are within reasonable driving distance. Families booking together can arrange the whole property to themselves.

Perfect getaway! Not much around, so you'll need to do quite a bit of driving, but it's a great location for a quiet break.

A great place to stay st when you are a group of five. Everyone had their own bedroom which was big enough to also retreat back to. A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery and dishes and a big fridge. In total 2 bathrooms where and a toilet. The living room was also very big and there was enough room in the dining room for breakfast and dinner. The location to the beach and Happisburgh lighthouse for early morning sunrise photography shots was also perfect.

A great holiday home. Full of character with large rooms, well furnished and equipped. Delightful garden and the games room is an added extra. The beach is 5 minutes walk away with good views of the lighthouse. Pub and small shop in the village.
