Very smooth operation, book your pitch and pay online. ANPR recognises you on arrival and barrier lifts. The site is unmanned but cctv is on site. Each pitch has tap, electric and grey waste drain. Separate area for chemical waste. All clean and very tidy garden. You do have to be self contained, no toilets/showers. Pub next door.

Great site, clean and tidy. Each pitch has EHU, grey waste drain and drinking water tap. Elsan point and bins on site. V good wifi. Number plate recognition to enter site. CCTV cameras. As mentioned on the website, no showers or toilets. Flat 10 min walk to the beach along a path. Cafe and mini mart in Walcott. Light house pub next door to site. If you have a car, this would be a great base to explore the Norfolk coast.

We had a 7 night stay here last week. For us, it was perfect. The site is unmanned, i.e. no reception and no public facilities i.e washrooms, showers etc. There is a site sluice for toilet waste. You book online, choose your pitch, pay and fill in your details including car registration. This then makes life so easy when you arrive. You drive straight in and to the pitch you've booked. The site is next door to the lighthouse pub which serves excellent food if you don't fancy cooking The owner does carry out maintenance of grounds regularly who is very friendly and checks you're all ok. Walcott's beautiful beach is a 10 min flat walk. Wroxham is nearby being the heart of the broads and Norwich is 45 mins drive. All in all this was a perfect week and I've fallen in love with Norfolk
