Greenrush Cottage works well for families wanting space to spread out, couples after a quiet retreat, or small groups exploring the Norfolk coast. The main house has an open-plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting room with Smart TV and doors onto a patio. Upstairs are two bedrooms, and a separate ground-floor annexe holds a third bedroom with its own ensuite shower room. Two bathrooms serve the property in total. Beds are configured as zip-and-link, so they can be arranged as doubles or singles to suit your group.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; the kitchen has what you need to cook properly, from a dishwasher to a full oven and hob. There's a travel cot and highchair for younger children. One well-behaved dog stays free. The cottage sits in a private garden with lawned space, patio furniture and parking for two cars, and you have direct access onto the coastal path with views across the salt marshes.

Blakeney is close by, famous for crabbing at the quay and boat trips to see seals in season. The wider area spreads a chain of small coastal villages within easy reach—Wells-next-the-Sea with its narrow-gauge railway down to the beach, wide sandy stretches, and marshland to explore. No smoking inside the property.

Greenrush cottage is a wonderful place to stay in Blakeney. It is very well equipped and a lovely spacious cottage with lovely views. A real gem on the Norfolk coast. You can walk to Blakeney Quay in about 10 minutes along the coastal path. The cottage is dog friendly which was great for us. Parking is tight but once you get the knack it's a doddle.

Very well planned and presented . The Lodge was a lovely sanctuary from the grand kids for us ! All there from age 1 to 62 ( and a Mini Schnauzer) had a great stay . The Wow factor was the thousands of Brent Geese flying in from Siberia etc to winter on Norfolk coast . Will be recommending to our friends .

This is such a lovely cottage the lodge at the end of the garden is superb. Our only down point was the beds were quite hard and with white blinds we found ourselves awake the minute dawn arrived,
