Seagulls sits at the end of a quiet road in North Norfolk, a position that matters because the first-floor living room looks out across Blakeney salt marshes through full-length windows. The house works for eight people across four bedrooms—two doubles and two rooms with single beds—plus two bathrooms. Downstairs there's a dining room with a wood burner, a kitchen with the essentials for cooking, and a ground-floor bedroom if stairs are a concern. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels come as standard; the wood burner gets its initial fuel included.
The garden is fenced and equipped for families, with a sandbox, barbecue and outdoor furniture. There's private parking on site. The coastal path runs in front of the house, and Blakeney Quay—where you can walk to see seals and access the marshes—is a short walk away. Holt, a market town with shops, pubs and restaurants, is nearby. The area attracts walkers and birdwatchers; Holkham Hall, Blickling Hall and several RSPB reserves are within easy reach. One dog is welcome; smoking is not permitted.
