Hall Farm Barns - Courtyard Barn
North Norfolk

Gimingham village sits quietly inland, yet the Norfolk coast lies within a short drive—close enough for a morning at the beach, far enough to feel properly rural. This converted barn gives you the whole place to yourself: two bedrooms, one bathroom, and space for four people across a single ground floor. A double and two singles mean flexible sleeping arrangements; the open-plan living area has a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, a separate dining space, and a lounge with a smart TV. Underfloor heating keeps things warm, and essentials like linen, towels and wifi are covered.
The main draw is the private hot tub in the garden, where you can soak while looking out over the fields. There's also private parking for two cars and garden furniture if the weather calls for sitting outside. One dog travels free. The nearby seaside villages of Mundesley and Cromer offer a sandy beach and the usual seaside amenities—Cromer has a Victorian pier, a cinema, and Amazonia Zoo if you want a day trip. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Had a lovely few days, hosts where none instructive and very friendly, the welcome wine, bread and lovely brownies where much appreciated, we did not want for anything. Our 2 labradors had a great time in the amazing grounds, which are beautiful and even though we live in Norfolk found places we had never been to before. Will be back to discover more, thank you for a lovely holiday.

Beautiful property with wonderful hosts. We arrived to a welcome pack of homemade bread, chocolate brownies, wine and milk. The barn itself is perfect with the most fabulous grounds which we and the dogs loved. There are benches to sit and take in the lovely surroundings, watch the dogs swim or look out for the beautiful array of wildlife.
