Hall Farm Barns - The Great South Barn

You enter a converted barn into open-plan living space—a generous ground floor with sofas, dining area and fully equipped kitchen flowing into one another. This is the largest of three barns on the Hall Farm site, with six bedrooms spread across two floors and four bathrooms to match. One bedroom and bathroom occupy the ground floor; upstairs, the remaining five bedrooms include three with en-suite showers, while a separate family bathroom serves the rest. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included, along with garden furniture and a barbecue in the enclosed grounds.

The barn accommodates twelve guests and comes with private parking for three cars. One well-behaved pet stays free. The location sits less than two miles from the Norfolk coast near Gimingham, putting you within reach of Mundesley's sandy beach and Cromer's seafront and pier. The Broads are equally accessible for anyone wanting to explore by water. A hot tub is available for use, and the property is yours alone—no shared spaces with other holiday lets. No smoking indoors.
