Large groups and extended families will find Lavender Cottage works well for a shared holiday. It sleeps 12 across six bedrooms spread over two floors, with three bathrooms to match. The ground floor has its own bedroom and bathroom, useful for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. A wood-burning stove warms the living room, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there's seating for 12 in the dining room. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; wood for the stove is provided from October to March.
Outside, a large lawned garden with a covered decked terrace gives space to spread out. The hot tub accommodates six and sits privately within the grounds. Parking for six cars is available. The cottage is two miles from the coast and close enough to explore the salt marshes and sand dunes that make North Norfolk distinctive for wildlife and walking. Wells-next-the-Sea, with its sandy beach, is within reach for days out. No smoking is permitted throughout the property. There are steps in parts of the garden and between some rooms inside.

Brilliant large cottage in the beautiful Norfolk Country side. Parking is ample, lovely large kitchen and sitting room with plenty of seating. Close to Wells, Holkham and Holt

A superb location near Warham iron age fort. The cottage was immaculate and full of everything we could need. The games and toys were much appreciated by our little one. The parking was spacious and allowed us to host other members of the family, who were staying nearby, to a barbecue. The spacious covered veranda was superb as it allowed us to sit outside when the weather was inclement. The large garden was securely fenced which was perfect for security when the dog was running around. The large number of bathrooms and gorgeous toiletries provided were appreciated by all the group and having a bath was perfect for the little one. Best of all for me was the kitchen facilities - two fridge freezers, large amount of crockery, salad bowls, pans and trays and large tables to eat family meals. This is one of the few cottages where we have been able to cater exactly as we have wanted because we had everything we needed. All in all this was a superb cottage.

Have just come back from a family weekend away at Lavender Cottage. Absolutely brilliant time a wonderful cosy cottage with everything you want for a lovely weekend. Comfy settees ample eating area for all family with pots pans glasses cups cutlery. Towels & tea towels all supplied also dog towels which was a god send as we forgot ours!! Beds were comfy & all the party slept well. Well decorated cottage... Two ensuite bathrooms ample space plus a bathroom with shower & bath on 1st floor. Our party consisted of 10 ages from 24 to 85 with 2 dogs. Fantastic large back garden with a fantastic veranda even better in the summer. Enjoyed a family game of cricket equipment supplied by cottage. Enjoyed a walk at the beautiful beach at Wells next the Sea. Thank you Lavender Cottage
