Meadow Farm - The Cart Lodge

The Cart Lodge is a single bedroom property on a working farm in North Norfolk, set up for two people who want somewhere properly equipped without fuss. The bedroom contains a super king bed and an en-suite with a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle. Upstairs is an open-plan living space with a 50-inch TV, dining area, and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basics. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is also a welcome pack and extras for dogs, since one pet can stay free.

Outside, you have an enclosed courtyard with a private hot tub for four, garden furniture, and parking for one car. An external laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is shared with other properties on site. The location works well for exploring the Norfolk Broads—Hickling Broad and its nature reserve are nearby—and the sandy beaches at Sea Palling and Waxham are a short drive away. The village has a shop and two pubs serving food. No smoking is permitted, and the property is for adults only.
