Norfolk Broads Cottage

The Norfolk Broads draw people for the waterways and wildlife, but the nearby coastline and villages deserve equal attention. Stalham Staithe sits on the River Ant in the heart of it all—moorings and boat hire are minutes away, the Museum of the Broads is close by, and the open landscape stretches in every direction. Norfolk Broads Cottage is a three-storey end-of-terrace property right here, sleeping five across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with doors onto an enclosed garden, plus a separate kitchen with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1 is a king on the first floor; Bedroom 2 is a single on the same level, with a bathroom between them. The top floor contains Bedroom 3, another king with an ensuite shower. Upper windows face the river and the working boatyard opposite. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with underfloor heating and an air source heat pump.

One dog stays free and gets proper treatment here—a large bed, bowls, treats and towels are provided. Families with young children will appreciate the ground-floor layout and garden space. Parking is on site for two cars. No smoking.
