Otters Reach

Otters Reach is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house on the Norfolk Broads with direct river access and its own 12-seater electric day boat and kayaks at your disposal. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking from scratch, with a range cooker, induction hob, dishwasher and separate combi microwave. Bed linen and towels cover all rooms, and there is parking for five cars on site.

Bedrooms spread across two floors give flexibility for different group compositions. Ground floor has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus a separate toilet and a games room with air hockey and PlayStation. Upstairs holds three more bedrooms, each with an ensuite and access to a second sitting room. Every bedroom has a smart TV. The main living areas open onto decked seating and a garden that runs down to the river, with furniture and space to gather outside.

The property is licensed for one pet to stay free of charge. It suits larger family groups and multi-generational holidays. The boat and kayaks open up exploration of the Broads, while the 40-foot private mooring and river fishing are included. No smoking throughout. A security deposit applies.
