Still Waters is a detached four-bedroom house on the Norfolk Broads with direct access to the water via a private mooring and an eight-seater motor launch (available by prior arrangement). The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Ground floor accommodation includes an open-plan living and dining space with French doors onto decking, plus a kitchen equipped for self-catering. Upstairs, two bedrooms have their own balconies. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included; there is parking for four cars on site.

The garden stretches to the river's edge, with a lawned area and enclosed decking for outdoor living. Seasonal fishing is possible from the property itself. The house sits minutes from Wroxham, a centre for boat hire, restaurants and riverside walks. Norwich lies eight miles away for museums, the cathedral and city shopping. The Norfolk coast with its beaches is twelve miles off. Cycling, nature trails and golf are available locally. The property does not accommodate smoking. There is a step down to the garden and the river is unfenced, which guests should be aware of when planning their stay. One pet is welcome.
