Leisure Hour

Leisure Hour comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. Bed linen and towels are provided, heating and electricity are covered, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking—gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer-dryer combined. The ground-floor layout means no stairs to navigate: three bedrooms (one double, two twins), a shower room plus separate toilet, and a living-dining space with a smart TV opening onto the veranda through French doors.

The property sits on about an acre of landscaped private gardens beside the River Bure. A veranda overlooks the water with furniture for outdoor meals, and the gardens have their own seating areas. You can park three cars on site. The Falgate Inn is within a mile, and Wroxham—with shops, restaurants and pubs—is roughly a 10-minute walk away. This is a place where you'll see wildlife and have direct access to the Broads, with moorings available for a single launch if needed. The coast at Sea Palling with its sandy beach and dunes is nearby, as is Great Yarmouth. No smoking indoors, and the thatched roof means no barbecues in the garden.
