Peacock works well for a small family or couple seeking a quiet base on the Norfolk Broads. You have the whole place to yourselves: two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles), a bathroom, and an open-plan living space downstairs with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The patio faces south across the water, and there is direct lakeside access from the garden.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, while wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included. On-site parking is available. A pub serving food is half a mile away, and the nearest shop is two and a half miles. The location suits walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers; Weavers Way passes nearby, and the Broads are within easy reach. Wroxham, with its shops, restaurants and boat hire, is ten minutes' drive. The property does not permit smoking.
