This single-storey bungalow sleeps four across two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with zip-and-link singles that can be configured as a super king or kept separate. The bathroom has a bath and shower, and there's a separate cloakroom. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A conservatory leads to an enclosed lawn garden with seating area and bike storage. One dog stays free. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; parking for two cars is on site.

The coastal path starts on the doorstep, leading to salt marshes, sand dunes and working quays where you can watch boats and try crabbing. Bacton Woods offers miles of trails through mixed woodland. No smoking inside the property.
