Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles) and a family bathroom with bath and shower. A lockable outhouse stores beach equipment and there's parking for one car on the property, with additional spaces nearby on road.

The essentials are covered: electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen is set up for proper cooking, with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. A patio at the rear offers a sheltered spot to sit. The property sleeps four and welcomes one pet. Children's equipment is available if needed. Note that the shared driveway is narrow and suits medium-sized cars only, and smoking is not permitted inside.
