Stay Sail

Wroxham is the heart of Norfolk's boating country, and Stay Sail sits right on the water with a mooring of its own. The Bure is navigable here, and Barnes Brinkcraft Boating Holidays is within reach if you want to hire a day boat. Fishing is possible nearby with a valid licence. A pub lies within a mile, and Norwich—with its cathedral and museums—is close enough for a day trip.

The apartment sleeps nine across five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two doubles sit downstairs (one with its own shower room) alongside two further singles. Upstairs, the living space has a decked balcony facing the water, with doors from the kitchen and sitting room so you can move between inside and out. A second floor holds three more bedrooms: two singles, a double, and a single. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—gas range, dishwasher, and all the basics. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

You have the whole property to yourself and two parking spaces on site. One pet is welcome. The water is four feet from the back of the building, unfenced. Smoking is not permitted inside.
