Everything you need for a week's cooking and entertaining comes ready to hand at this waterfront property in North Norfolk. The kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, and full-sized fridge; upstairs, the living room opens onto a decked balcony where you can watch the water traffic over a drink. Four bedrooms sleep eight—two doubles, two rooms with single beds—each with its own ensuite or nearby shower room. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included.

The house sits by the water with its own private mooring, and a free motor launch is available for day trips on most dates. Decked balcony furniture is provided for sitting out. There is a pub within a mile, and Aldeburgh Cinema is nearby for other evenings. The property takes one well-behaved dog. Note that there is unfenced water four feet from the back of the house, and no smoking indoors. Parking is available for two cars on site.
