Neatishead sits at the heart of the Norfolk Broads, close enough to Wroxham and Horning for boat trips and village cafés, yet far enough into quiet countryside to feel properly rural. The Bure Valley Railway and Wroxham Barns are nearby. The North Norfolk Coast, where seals haul out at Horsey, is a short drive away. A local pub with its own micro brewery stands just 200 yards off, and a shop for papers and fresh bread is even closer.

The Garden Apartment is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom ground-floor space with an open-plan living area, kitchen, and a king-size bed. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering: electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A large enclosed garden with two patios and seating looks onto quiet surroundings. There is private parking for one car on site, and a bike store for exploring the lanes to Barton Broad Boardwalk or pedalling further into the birdwatching and walking country that defines the area. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. No smoking inside.
