The Milking Parlour
North Norfolk
The Milking Parlour is a sympathetically converted barn at Manor Mews, a cluster of traditionally styled Norfolk farm buildings updated for modern living. Built from brick and flint characteristic of the region, it retains period character while delivering contemporary comfort throughout. The property sits within easy reach of the North Norfolk coastline.
Everything occupies a single level: open-plan living and dining space with marble flooring, a wood burner, and a 50-inch smart TV; a kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and all essentials; two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with three singles; and a shower room with walk-in enclosure and heated towel rail. Ground-source underfloor heating runs throughout, and logs for the burner are supplied from October to March. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.
The courtyard includes a private hot tub for four, a sitting area with garden furniture, and a barbecue. On-site parking accommodates three cars, with an electric charging point available by request. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged. The property suits families and small groups; one well-behaved dog is welcome. An external laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is shared with other properties on the estate.
