The Reeds

Two kayaks with buoyancy aids come with The Reeds, along with a private slipway for launching directly into the water. This detached house sits on the riverside in North Norfolk, with the water at the bottom of the garden and views from the rear-facing rooms. It sleeps eight across four bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed, spread over two floors with three bathrooms between them.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with French doors opening to the garden, a kitchen and dining area with its own doors onto a decked veranda, and a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs are two further bedrooms and a shower room. The house is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher; essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There is parking for four cars and a bike store.

A wraparound lawn with mature borders and two decked sitting areas provides outdoor space, with a barbecue available. The house does not permit smoking. Access to the house involves four steps, as do the garden terraces.
