The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and essentials like electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. There's parking for one car on site. A fenced river runs through the grounds. The garden has seating and furniture for sitting out. A short walk takes you into Wroxham itself, where you'll find shops, cafes, restaurants and a train station. The Bure Valley steam railway is nearby, as are numerous riverside villages and Aylsham market town. One well-behaved pet stays free.
