Waterside comes with a six-berth day motor launch included, giving you direct access to the Norfolk Broads' waterways. The cottage sits on the riverside with an enclosed back garden and terrace looking out over the water. Three bedrooms sleep six: two king beds on the first floor, plus a zip-and-link room on the second floor with two single beds. There's one bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. A well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, hob, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine, so cooking at home is straightforward if you prefer it to eating out.

North Walsham is walking distance from Wroxham, the heart of the Broads, where you'll find shops, cafes, restaurants and a mainline train station. The Bure Valley narrow gauge steam railway runs from there, and Aylsham market town is accessible by train or boat. Fishing is available on-site if you have a licence. The property is entirely yours for the duration of your stay, with on-site parking for one car and additional spaces on the road nearby. Pets stay free. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking.
