Cromer's seafront and pier sit a short walk away, with shops and cafés lining the streets between Villa Otto and the shoreline. The town's coastal character—pebble beach, Victorian architecture, and bracing Norfolk air—frames a stay that feels properly seaside rather than merely accommodation-near-the-sea.
The house spreads across four floors with bedrooms on each. Lower ground holds the kitchen and dining space opening to an enclosed, tiered garden with seating and a barbecue; a cinema room with a 95-inch screen and gaming consoles occupies the same level. Ground floor has a king bed, family bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower, and a utility room. First floor brings a living room and another king bedroom. Upper level contains two further bedrooms—one double, one with bunks—and a shower room. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; there's a welcome pack and extras for dogs, who stay free. Eight guests means families or groups have genuine space to spread out and, crucially, your own entire property rather than sharing facilities.
The garden has steps within it, and there's on-road parking with a nearby public car park 500 yards away (permits charged). No smoking throughout. Check-in is after 4pm, checkout before 10am.

What guests say
Be very careful when booking as the place wasn’t ready for us to go until following day and wasn’t told until 1.30pm when we were already packed up and travelling
