Woodland

Woodland is a detached house a short walk from Sheringham's seafront. Built with everyday comfort in mind, it has three bedrooms spread across two floors, one bathroom, and enough space for six people. The ground floor contains the main living area, with a woodburner and doors onto the garden, plus a separate kitchen and utility room. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: two with zip-and-link beds that convert between super-kingsize and twin configurations, and one with a sofa bed. The property is yours alone, with on-site parking for four cars and a bike store.

The garden wraps around the property—a front area and a larger enclosed lawn to the rear, complete with patio and furniture. You can request barbecue equipment if you plan to cook outside. Inside, the essentials are covered: electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob for cooking proper meals, and a utility room with washing machine for longer stays.

Sheringham itself has a working high street with independent shops, restaurants and cafés. The North Norfolk Railway runs heritage steam trains from the station, and Sheringham Park offers woodland walks. The Norfolk Broads are accessible via nearby Wroxham for boating, while Cromer, Blakeney and other coastal villages lie within an hour's drive. No smoking inside the property.
