Holway House is a traditional-style B&B built in the character of a classic Norfolk coastal guesthouse, set on Holway Road in Sheringham. It's an adults-only property, which gives the place a quieter, more settled atmosphere than you'd find at a family-oriented stay, and free on-site parking makes arriving by car straightforward.

I stayed at Holway House Fri 4-7Apr2025 for the amazing Viking festival. It’s near the Viking festival and beach for boat burning later. Everything about my stay was exceptional. It’s newly refurbished to very high standard my single room looked brand new. Lucy and John were brilliant at looking after us and providing very useful information for our walking and sightseeing each day. Breakfasts wonderful I went for huge fresh fruit salad rare to see in b&b. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. Sandy

Clean, friendly and a great breakfast. Close to town and rail station. Sea front is a 5min. walk through the town. A proper B&B!!

Very welcoming with a comfortable bed and a good breakfast choice. I hope to stay again. Perhaps in a first floor room next time. Because the slope in the roof was above the toilet which made the headroom there a little restricted. Otherwise the room is well designed and uses the remaining space well.
