Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living area with television and French doors onto an enclosed garden, a kitchen with electric cooking and a dishwasher, one double bedroom, and an ensuite with bath and walk-in shower fitted with grab rails. The cottage is adapted for wheelchair users.

Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. Parking for two cars is on site. One dog can stay free, though must remain on a lead given the farm setting. The garden is enclosed and shared with other properties; there's a patio with furniture for sitting out. The nearest market towns, Oundle and Thrapston, are both under five miles away and have pubs and shops. The location sits between Peterborough, Northampton and Cambridge, so there's no shortage of places to visit. Guests arrive after 4pm and must leave by 9.30am.
