Pennyard House

Pennyard House is a four-bedroom property in North Somerset, renovated in 2022, sleeping up to six guests across a whole property to yourselves. The ground floor spreads across several connected spaces: a living room with smart TV, an open-plan kitchen and dining room kitted out for actual cooking and eating, a sun room with French doors opening onto a courtyard garden, and a utility room. Upstairs there are four bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower, one with a zip-and-link super kingsize (which can be split into two singles on request), and two with single beds—plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The essentials are provided: wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, and there is gas central heating throughout.

The courtyard garden is the focal point, enclosed and planted densely, with a private six-person hot tub and evening lighting. There is also a front lawned garden with seating and furniture. Parking is available for three cars on the drive. The Brewers Arms is nearby. The property does not allow smoking or vaping, and is for holidaymakers only—not available for hen or stag parties. Families with young children will find a travel cot, cot, highchair and stairgate on hand, along with a welcome pack on arrival.
