The Cottage at West Brinsea Farm

The Cottage at West Brinsea Farm comes fully equipped for a self-catering break. Everything needed for cooking is here—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine—plus a utility room with washing machine. The single bedroom has a kingsize bed, the bathroom a shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included, as are the initial logs for the wood burner. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

The whole property is yours alone on a working farm in the Mendips countryside near Congresbury. Ground-floor layout means you don't need to navigate stairs. Beyond the main cottage, you have access to a games room with pool table, table tennis, darts and a wood burner, plus a back garden with sitting area, gas firepit and barbecue. There's also a private hot tub for four and five acres of shared woodland and paddocks to explore. One dog can stay free, though it should be kept on a lead in the garden. Note there is a pond on the property, and children under 18 are not accommodated except babies in arms. Parking is available for one car. Weston-Super-Mare and the attractions of the Mendips are both within reach.
